You’ve got an unreal company that makes great money, you have a strong vision, and your employees are paid well. That should be enough for them to love their job right?! WRONG! Below i’ve written my top 5 reasons why millenials leave. I’ve almost only lead millenials and while I was never perfect I did get a lot of great feedback. Below is why i’m seeing millenials leave.
1) Your vision isn’t connected to theirs
2) Your company is making little to no impact on the world
3) You don’t seem like you care about them
4) The culture is boring
5) There’s a career ceiling
